Within the framework of the project, our company acquired a modern, well-equipped CNC-controlled machining centre in order to increase and modernise its machining capacity. High-precision machining steps will be carried out on this machine on the series products manufactured by our company.
The VM2 machining centre supplied by Haas, the leading American manufacturer, is a 3-axis vertical machine that fits our manufacturing tasks well.
Our company received HUF 13.925 million in support from the GINOP programme of the European Regional Development Fund. The aid intensity is 50%.
Within the project, 1 Haas VM2 vertical machining centre was purchased, with which our company performs machining tasks. The exact name of the technical capacity is 3-axis CNC machining, milling.
In today's terms, the new machining centre is modern, well-equipped equipment that enables efficient work. The Haas VM series is suited to the dynamic, high-speed machining processes used today; high-precision milling tasks can be performed on it, and thanks to its equipment, cycle times in series production can be minimised. As a result of the development, the company's value-adding capacity increases and it opens up new markets that we were previously unable to enter. Export potential increases, as the target customer base is entirely western-owned and places high technical demands on our company.

Our company has been using IT solutions for a long time; we have been a Kulcs-Soft customer since 2001. At present, a business management solution handles the processing of our workflows in the system. In this system we record our customer relationships, quotations, events, orders, delivery notes and invoices. We also order the raw materials needed for our products from this system.
As a result of the development, we acquired software that has brought significant progress in several important areas. First of all, business information is much richer, and thanks to the integration of processes we can obtain faster and more accurate information on the handling of orders. A significant step forward is that more automation supports our work, so more detailed information is available with less data entry. A very important advantage is the possibility of multi-layered electronic data interchange with our customers and partners, commonly known as EDI connections, which further deepens our relationships with our customers, speeds up our work and allows shorter lead times. Finally, the most important area delivering the greatest results is the production management system.
Thanks to the SAP Business One system we acquired and the related PPS One for SAP Business One add-on, we received software support that showed its advantages shortly after implementation. Thanks to more efficient work, office performance increased, and it brought positive change to the planning and optimisation of production processes and to accurate knowledge of capacity utilisation for the entire planning period.
